Will you quit your job if your work enforces a vaccine mandate?
There is a lot of news that people are going to be quitting their jobs, as some companies will be supporting a mandate that you will need to be vaccinated to work maskless, but if not, you will have to wear a mask and be tested I believe daily and on your own dime.
If that is to happen, would you quit your job? Or would you get the vaccine? Or, would you put up with it and pay the fees?

I just got mine. Took a while but it wasn’t that big of a deal. People are overreacting

Honestly by this point it doesn’t really matter for my case as i got vaccinated a while back in the last year. i do understand where you are coming from in the sense that mandatory enforcement in the workplace is something that should be such a strong take for an organization. Those that want to get it can get it done and with what the last year taught working from home is an available and cheaper option for organizations to take instead of losing competent employees.??

It’s not that big of a deal to get the vaccine shot. It’s just like any flu shot and the over all benefit is greater. There are a lot of things beyond our control these days but this isn’t one of them. It’s a hot take I know. The thing is the world is changing in a way that is palpable these days and there are so many new avenues of work. It allows for anyone that wants the vaccine or not to work how ever they want .
