The housing market here in Fairfax is a bit competitive. Almost in 29.days any house or apartment here that’s on the market is bought and the median house prices are close to 500k. But it’s a good investment in a long term that’s for sure. With prices that are affordable if you get a good mortgage on them from your bank. And over all is a great place to buy both for investment and living as well. You’ll need to get in touch with some local realtors but the experience here won’t be bad I can tell you that much from my cousin’s experience moving there.
