Do you like to drive, or prefer riding a bike around instead?
Posted by Stan T on October 29, 2021 at 7:48 PMI’ve started to ride my bike more often these days and I was curious if anyone here prefers to use a bike as a daily driver instead of car? If so, do you find it a lot cheaper than having to use your car so much?

I mostly drive, but I do like to sometimes take the bike out to ride around. Never really thought to make it my daily driver to go from home to elsewhere. I suppose I could use my bike more often when going to the store for a couple things.

I drive the majority of the time, but have used my bike to get around sometimes. I don’t use it as often as I should probably, because I could in turn save some money instead of driving my car all the time. Thing is, I dont’ live that close to stores, so riding my bike daily wouldn’t work for me all that much.

Well when it comes to being cheaper the bike is the way to go but it’s mainly for short tasks I’d like to do and wouldn’t want to take the car out for. Anything more serious I do turn to the car.
The best part of bike rides is that you can feel alone and free in the environment and it’s a more rugged experience. I’d like to enjoy the best of both worlds ✌️?

Definitely I’m a bike person. The feeling of going on a bike ride in the summer nights. There is nothing like that experience when it comes to cars. The best you can do is to maybe experience a convertible. But even then the wind in your face as you slowly cruise down the highway or on a mountain road is just amazing ?

Driving in DC is a nightmare. I’d rather metro or uber
