Xmas Market @ The Manassas Mall

We are seeking small business and commercial vendors for our Xmas Market @ The Manassas Mall.

Manassas Mall is a shopping center located in Bull Run, Virginia. Built in 1972, it is managed and partially owned by the Pyramid Companies. formerly by Vornado Realty Trust which shelved its regional mall holdings in 2014. The mall is anchored by Macy’s, Sears, Walmart and At Home. 

The Event Manager is the organizer of the afore mentioned event and the vendor is engaged in the business of direct sales and/or local merchant. Set up is at the Manassas Mall. The fees covers vending area, permit and insurance. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and All spaces are on a first paid basis, NO HOLDS.

Will be published when holiday hours are released.

Please bring your own tables and chairs. Each vendors will use 1 table and 1 rack (for vendors selling clothings). Additional table will cost more.

Event is non refundable unless the mall is closed.

GENERAL RULES:

Extra Inventory: All extra inventory should fit under the table or taken back to the car. Vendors shall not store any inventory, equipment or any other materials outside the Space, or do or permit anything to be done in or about the Space or appurtenant common areas which would constitute a nuisance or hazard or which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Shopping Center or injure or annoy them.

Space: Vendors shall occupy and use the Space for the period stated above, commencing on the Start Date/Time and ending on the End Date/Time (‘Term’), unless sooner terminated as herein provided. Vendors also shall only sell items agreed upon. We reserve the right to ask any vendor that do not abide by these rules to leave.

Indemnity and Exculpation of Landlord: (a) Tenant shall assume liability for and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of Beulah LLC. Landlord, Landlord’s Property Manager, Manassas Mall (and all their respective shareholders, members, partners, directors, officers, related and affiliated entities, ground lessors, managers, employees, and agents) (collectively, ‘Landlord Parties’) against and from any and all liabilities, obligations, sickness, losses, penalties, actions, suits, claims, damages, expenses, disbursements (including legal fees and expenses) or costs of any kind and nature whatsoever in any way relating to or arising out of: (i) any act or omission of Tenant (including without limitation the acts or omissions of the Tenant’s officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, invitees and/or licensees within the Shopping Center); (ii) any occurrence which takes place in or about the Space; or (iii) any damage to the Space. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tenant’s duty to indemnify Landlord Parties under this paragraph will apply regardless of and will extend to cover losses caused by either Tenant’s or Landlord Parties’ concurrent, comparative or contributory negligence. (b) Landlord Parties shall not be liable to Tenant, and Tenant waives all claims against Landlord Parties, for injury, death or damage to person or property sustained by Tenant, or any person claiming through Tenant, resulting from any condition, accident or occurrence in or upon the Space or any other part of the Shopping Center, unless such matters arise from the intentional wrongdoing of Landlord Parties. (c)To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenant shall indemnify and save Landlord Parties harmless from any and all claims, demands or suits that may be brought against Landlord Parties by any employee, representative, or agent of Tenant, or any legal representative or successor of any of them, in any way arising out of or incident to this Lease, irrespective of whether such suits are brought about by the negligence or fault of Landlord Parties or anyone for whose acts Landlord may be liable.

Space Condition Tenant agrees not to harm the Space, commit waste, create any nuisance, make any use of the space, which is offensive, as determined by Landlord at its sole discretion, or act in a manner tending to injure the reputation of the Shopping Center. Vendors must return the space the same way it was before set up. All damages will be the responsibility of the vendors. Losses Theft, loss or damage to merchandise and personal property is the sole risk and responsibility of Tenant. Thank you so much for choosing to pop up @ our space.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that House of Beulah LLC provides Pop Up Locations and DO NOT promise a certain amount of sales. We cannot predict what a day would be like, we have no control over sales. We will expose vendors to mall traffic, advertise the best we can but also ask vendors to advertise to their regular customers.

Only one DS company per day please.

Please check the list of registered vendors before signing up. There will not be DUPLICATES of direct sales vendors PLEASE! Only sign up if you dont see your direct sales company already represented.

All areas must be kept cleaned.

The Manassas mall will not be liable for any theft of vendors item.
